The Hollywood Casino in Charles Town is a historic gaming venue that has evolved into one of the best casinos in West Virginia over the past decade. Owned and operated by Penn National Gaming, the Hollywood Casino first opened as a racetrack in 1933 before becoming the world-class racino establishment it is today.

The Mardi Gras Casino and Resort is located in Nitro, and like all other top establishments on the WV casino map, also hosts a racetrack.
